Our Philosophy

Harshbarger Events LLC was founded by Chelsea and Justin Harshbarger with a simple belief: every celebration deserves a space as unique as the people hosting it. Gracewood was built to fill a gap in the Greater Pittsburgh market — a modern, flexible venue where couples and event planners have the freedom to create something truly their own.
Chelsea brings years of experience as owner of Beloved Event Co and co-owner of Gracewood, giving the venue an insider's understanding of what makes events run beautifully from the first tour to the last dance.

Our private bridal suite gives you and your wedding party a comfortable, secure space to prepare for the day. With plenty of room, natural light, and a locked door for peace of mind, it's the calm before the beautiful chaos.

The main event space is an open, modern hall designed for flexibility. Arrange tables and chairs in whatever formation fits your guest count and vision — from intimate gatherings of 50 to full celebrations of 200.
Ceremony
One location, one seamless day
Host your ceremony and reception under one roof. On-site ceremony is available, keeping your entire wedding day in one beautiful place — no guest transportation, no timeline gaps.
Open Year-Round
While others close, we stay open
Many Pittsburgh-area venues shut down between October and May. Gracewood is available all 12 months — making off-season weddings a beautiful (and budget-friendly) option.
