Everything you need to know about hosting your event at Gracewood.
Yes — this is one of our core values. You choose your own caterer, DJ, florist, photographer, bakery, officiant, and every other vendor. We provide the space, tables, chairs, and essentials. The one exception: if alcohol will be served, bar tending through Gracewood is required. We can also recommend trusted local vendors upon request.
Gracewood accommodates up to 200 guests with up to 25 tables and 200 chairs included. The venue spans approximately 5,000 square feet with 100 on-site parking spots.
Our live calendar shows dates that are available (green), booked (confirmed events), or on hold (pending deposits). Available dates can be clicked to start an inquiry. The calendar is updated regularly, but all dates are subject to confirmation when you inquire.
A hold means a date has a pending deposit or soft reservation. It may become available if the booking doesn't finalize. If you're interested in a held date, feel free to inquire — we'll let you know the status.
Wedding packages include 9am – 11pm access, with the reception ending by 10pm. This covers setup, optional ceremony, reception, and cleanup. Additional hours can be added at $250/hour. Social and corporate events run 10am – 8pm maximum.
No — catering, alcohol, and all food/beverage services are arranged by you through third-party vendors. We provide kitchen prep space for your caterer to work efficiently.
Yes! On-site ceremony is available as a $500 add-on to any wedding package, keeping your entire day in one location.
Yes — optional day-of coordination is available through Beloved Event Co for an additional $1,500. Beloved Event Co is owned by Chelsea Harshbarger, co-owner of Gracewood and Harshbarger Events LLC, and brings extensive Pittsburgh wedding experience to ensure your day runs seamlessly.
Yes. Unlike many Pittsburgh-area venues that close between October and May, Gracewood is available all 12 months. Off-season weddings (especially Thursdays) offer significant savings.
Wedding bookings are split into 4 equal payments of 25% each. The first payment is due at contract signing and is non-refundable. See our full pricing page for package details. A 6% PA sales tax applies.
Yes, Gracewood is ADA accessible.
If alcohol will be served at your event, bar tending through Gracewood is required — it is not optional. Our exclusive bar service ($1,500) includes 2 RAMP certified bartenders, plus all glassware, mixers, ice, and bar essentials. You may still supply alcohol through your caterer or a licensed vendor. Yes! Our optional latte & coffee bar add-on ($1,500) includes an additional bartender, coffee and lattes made to order, and the ability to make espresso martinis. It can be added on its own or combined with our bar tending package.
Absolutely. We host bridal and baby showers, birthday parties, corporate events, holiday parties, fundraisers, and more. Social and corporate events are priced at $200/hour with a 10am – 8pm maximum.
Gracewood is at Gibsonia Farms in Gibsonia, PA — approximately 30 minutes from downtown Pittsburgh, with easy access from Cranberry, Wexford, Butler, and the North Hills.
