Bar Tending Services

Required if alcohol will be served at your event

You may supply alcohol through your caterer or a licensed vendor. Gracewood provides the bartenders and everything needed to serve it.

Latte & Coffee Bar

Booking Details

How payments work

Payment schedule: Wedding bookings are split into 4 equal payments of 25% each. The first payment is due at contract signing and is non-refundable. The remaining three payments are due per your contract schedule.

What's not included: Catering, entertainment (DJ/band), florals, photography, bakery, officiant, and all other vendor services. You choose and hire your own vendors — we provide the space and essentials.

Alcohol & bar service: If alcohol will be served at your event, bar tending through Gracewood is required ($1,500). Includes 2 RAMP certified bartenders plus all glassware, mixers, ice, and bar essentials. You may still supply alcohol through your caterer or a licensed vendor.

Latte & coffee bar: Optional add-on ($1,500) includes an additional bartender, coffee and lattes made to order, and the ability to make espresso martinis.

Day-of coordination: Optional day-of coordination is provided by Beloved Event Co — owned by Chelsea Harshbarger, co-owner of Gracewood and Harshbarger Events LLC.
